Tereza Renzová, Ph.D. student
Tereza got her MSc. In Molecular Biology at Masaryk University, Faculty of Science. She joined the lab as the very first student in April 2015. She is interested in the impact of various centriole abnormalities, which are typically found in patients suffering from microcephaly or dwarfism. Her main project circles around the consequences of induced centriole abnormalities for the cell fate of human cells of embryonic origin (embryonic stem cells, induced pluripotent stem cells) and various cell types derived from those.
Besides exploring secrets of centriole abnormalities, Tereza is also keen on exploring the world.
